The most important subjects of the work were: implementing the PDCA (Plan; Do; Check; Act) ; defining how to manage client portfolio through System information; developing reports with commercial KPIs; developing management instruments to sales team; Coaching professionals in the new concepts (...). The changes performed had a positive result in METALOGALVA structure, standardizing tools and the way that our professionals work.

After identifying and validating opportunities for improvement, it was initiated a project which objective was to reduce communication costs through developing management tools to improve the management and efficiency of resources (...). We would like to highlight the successful integration between the IMBS elements and our team that worked directly in the project and the excellent relationship with all board members of José de Mello Saúde involved throughout the work.

This project main focus was productivity improvement, through the development of management instruments aiming to change de "how to manage" in the operational areas (...). The Project included a first stage whose objective was to identify improvement opportunities in the commercial department, by looking in detail the different commercial departments (...)
