We carry out a Diagnosis of the Company, in order to identify, measure, qualify and quantify the existing opportunities in the different areas. The customer thus has a detailed “picture” of his company and its process.
The Project is divided into several stages and is where all improvement actions are mapped and implemented. The project is developed together with the client’s team, in order to guarantee the validation of all stages and the involvement and training of employees.
